When I press wipe data factorie the laptop shuts down without asking me yes or no
the rest worked but when i start the phone back up, it asking for the same email details from before it was reset !

Did you manage to fix this? I'm having the same problem
hello :) the reset process worked but now I'm not able to use the phone as I get "weather app has stopped working" error which just reverts all the setup done. Any fix for that?
