In my case I got 2 GB RAM Though there was some lag in the device , software updates solved all of that.... I use an SD card too As a normal user I still appreciate it

I got one of these back in 2016 I still use it I have dropped it so many times that I just don't care anymore it never broke or had isus and I don't care about performance as long as I can text call and have 1 or 2 games to waist time when bored

feb 27, 2022 im still using it, bought on the release day. phone is on its retirement period lol battery is draining, the screen is pressing on its own, dead battery on 85% but worth it phone really last long, planning to change it with iPhone xs or redmi note 10 pro

I use this as a backup for when my main driver breaks. It's really bad even by 2016 standards, resolution is meh, very overpriced and it's pretty sluggish to use, but.. There's a few things I was actually pretty impressed with. The build quality is ridiculously good, I've dropped it on tarmac and no damage to the screen. The camera is actually decent in that is does not overblow the exposure that even nowadays phones seem to do. It actually has a flash on the front camera which is really surprising. It was £200 back then, definitely overpriced for its time.

Mine too. So whenever i didn't use it, it's connected to the charger. But i've saved up and bought a new phone. You could try looking at the Samsung A71. It's a huge step up from the J5 😊

You might check out Wiko phones, they are cheap but have an fingerprint sensor. The only downside is that most of them are Mediatek, which means that ROM and Kernel customization is very limited or non-existent.

Handed over to a new owner after 6 years. 16 gigs internal got harder to live with. Supported apps i kept - could keep on worked well, save for space. Facebook for 1 took more and more. Past Sammys are why I boight it - reliable. Merely the the power button fell out, in place with clear tape. Dropped it and had to replace a blacked screen. On wake up would look kinda dim. Did what this A53 I type on does not - a jack and 2 sims and a sd card at once. A friend 6 years.
