I love the galaxy buds live because they don’t hurt my ears, since you aren’t shoving buds INTO your ear. These stay just out your ear canal where it won’t cause discomfort due to air pressure, or hurting ears due to direct sound inside . LOVE THEM!

Honestly the widget for the buds that came out is awesome for some quick convenience like turning ambient sound/active noise cancelling on/off, having the block touchpad option easily accessible. As well as another widget that shows you your buds battery life on your home screen.

@Ben Lazari oh yeah I'm aware of the Samsung app I was just looking for an extra bass app. No need anymore I returned my iPhone and went back to my Pixel. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Please guys try to know how to wear them right. It took me almost 3 weeks to realize that I was wearing them wrong. I had to realize that the silicon tip that came with it was too small for me. I changed to the larger pair but still wore the buds wrongly. When I finally wore it right, I was like a deaf that heard sound for the first time. I was surprised how tightly and comfortable it sat. So tight, I slept with it, ran with it, yawned, chew, shook my head... 1. The silicone tip you choose is very important, don't just settle for the one that it came with. 2. Make sure the silicone surface is lying totally flat without any visible part peeking at you when you look at your ears. Note: My mistake was that the silicone was not totally flat, I was always seeing a portion of it. I hope I helped. This really, really fits. It's surprising!

The locator s works. I lost my left bud in a busy Walmart parking lot after it apparently fell out of case unnoticed by me. Did notice it was missing until I was 40 miles away in Virginia Beach with my gradaughter for her birthday. So, my left ear bud was in that parking lot for about 5 hours (5-10 pm). I decided to go to the parking and look for it. I went were I believed it fell. The locator showed only one active bud. But, I kept walking around parking lot, and then the other bud showed active on my locator. I did get the chirp because bud was dead, bud the locator put me in vicinity and I reclaimed my bud. Amazing

These are the most basic features .... 😂well played.

And this is why I don't listen to anyone's opinion on KZread regarding audio quality! I totally and I mean totally agree with you! I just uploaded That Bass booster and it doesn't sound nearly as good way. The music is way too muffled and I played around with it for a good half an hour. I don't know what other people are hearing but it definitely did make mine sound any better and I know good sound!🤪🤯 Not trying to be a hater because you're rapping is great but that bass booster app definitely wasn't for me.

I use PowerAMP Pro version, it works really well with every headphone. You can create Equalizer profiles for each Bluetooth headset different. I have Buds live, jabra 75t, Sony Xm3 and beats X. Each one sounds differently so I have tweaked the Equalizer for each one differently and it is amazing. Try it and you will never use any other player.

@@bigjay1970 normal for the galaxy buds live sound good as hell....the rest of them sounding like shit. I used dynamic for my original galaxy buds and they sounded amazing, but not so good for the lives

Thank you for the video. The block touch feature is very helpful. I have to say I installed the bass booster app and found that I lost volume on my buds live. Tried it with the original buds, same thing happened. Passing this info on just in case you think your buds are defective like I did. Had to remove the app. I need the volume more than I need the bass.

The "find my ear buds" will never work for me. The buds are either in my ears or in the case. Regardless...these are the best ear buds I've ever used.

I'm watching this vid with my mystic bronze pair right now. Something else interesting I found that was really awesome was that both earbuds could be connected to seperate devices at the same time and listen to different things when far apart. I never really tested this multiple times but it happened while I was sharing a bud with a friend and we had seperate classes. Not too practical, but it's still pretty cool

The cast was eaten up by my dog a few months ago and my earbuds took many hits on the ground, but they're still completely fine and work well. I am thinking about getting a newer pair for the complete in ear sound sometime though

I have to use the Block Touch feature a lot on my Galaxy Buds Plus especially I wear my hair down or in braids. I hope Samsung updates the firmware so we can set the sensitivity of touch. It great that don't have to press hard to get a response but sometimes it gets on my nerves that my hair can skip a track. 😫😂

They are expensive but after tried 3 pairs of the unde 100 ones, the air Pods... these are the winner. And they are the first of their kind, the shape will surprise you that now I cannot use normal, rubber ones at all... brilliant engineering

Great video, thank you for the info. The hidden icon didn't pop up when pairing two pairs of buds. If I turned it off, I couldn't find where I could turn it back on. But Buds Live and Buds + fall out of my ear. My ears simply reject them. I cannot do the head shake. The equalizer app helps, but... Buds Live are more comfortable and that's the improvement over the Buds +. That's it. Sound and talk improvement are slight. Thanks again for the tips.

How did you set Spotify as your touch and hold? I only see volume, Bixby and ANC as an option on mine. Can I set KZread Music as an option or is it only with Spotify? Thanks!

Wavelet is the dopest eq I've found for galaxy note 20 ultra hands down. Most of the hundreds of eq apps I've tried were trash . I've had Samsung since note 2 and I can say they have a lot of hidden features. Like the og buds were as loud as 1,111,111 falling feathers. But in the older Android software you had to sync the sound. Didn't find that out until 6 months ago. Just got the SGBL and I'm looking forward to trying them out.

Dude you really need a dictionary. So that you can look up for "hidden" meaning.

Just got my pair yesterday. And just realized i had them in upside down. Couldn't hear any callers. Thank you for this advice. Technically is so difficult. These buds keep getting replaced. The sound keeps going down without being changed. I'm not touching them or turning down the volume on the phone.

My buds live will be delivered today. If I like them better than the buds +, I'll keep them. If not, my husband is getting them (or I'll give him the buds + if I do). I can't wait to try them out! Your tips for my Note 20 Ultra are very helpful 😁

I have the buds + but lost one recently, one of the things I had issues with is needing to rest my ears from the wing tips. I recently order the buds to give them a try. How do you like the live in comparison to the buds+

Why is the Ambient sound not working while music playing like the buds+?? The new update, which is now always on the notifications and little dude at the bottom right. If you click on him, the Ambient sound uses the mic's on the phone but silences the music while on the buds live.

these features arent hidden at all and Samsung does tell their users about these features

How hard is it to make a good looking pair that sound great with MULTIPOINT.

Seems like people have mixed feelings on how these fit in their ears. I think I got lucky cause they fit mine perfectly, and are very comfortable. I love these things, no looseness at all, I can shake my head like crazy and they just stay put.

In the app you can set the touch control to control the volume, press hold left bug for volume down and right for volume up but it won’t be louder. Imo the volume of the buds had to be a bit louder and they should have noise canceling for that pricepoint

Literally all of them applies to Galaxy Buds+ too, except the block touch feature (Maybe it also applies, but I never needed it so I didn't realize even if it was there).

How does the app for the bass looks like?

you can pair any two bluetooth earbuds together and hit the checkmarks. you could do raycons and bose if you wanted.

I am very sensitive to noise, so ANC for me is very important. How good is the ANC? I have massive headphones that the ANC is good, but it depends where i am and because they are big headphones, they hurt my ears.

Had anyone had issues with their buds live connecting to the Galaxy Wearable App? Mine will not and I've tried all the recommendations I've found online but it hasn't fixed the issue. Does anyone have suggestions?

The dedicated Spotify touch control is good but I prefer to have my voice assistant instead. That way I can ask it to do pretty much all assistant functions as well as tell it play a certain song or album on Spotify. Then I have my other touch control as ambient for when I want to dive in or out of the outside world.

@@ThePrufessa Sure, I use the voice commands a lot with my phone pretty much everyday. But when I'm wearing my buds I still use the touch controls to trigger the Google voice assistant, especially if I'm out and about.

@@ThePrufessa How so? If I get my phone out of my pocket, I simply unlock it and manually do what I need to. If I'm walking around an airport or on a street and I want to listen to a certain song I use the voice command to request a that song on Spotify or to call someone. If I shout at my pocket thats counterintuitive to me, plus I don't ever have to unlock my phone when using voice commands through my buds. Sometimes my voice command still prompts me to unlock my phone first which is annoying so it's easier for me using my Buds.

@@ThePrufessa I think we are talking about the same thing. In my original post I did mean that I set up voice command with my left hold touch. That triggers my Google assistant so I can do any other function as well as Spotify.
