Samsung Galaxy A33 5G Review.
One month later, my review finally drops. The A33 5G is the cheapest of the top tier A series devices from Samsung but still packs a punch. They made some cutbacks with the most obvious being the display but for me that’s not even “the” problem, I talk about that in this video, enjoy!

Eugoson Well done bringing up the over heating. The only video I've found on YT mentioning this 👍
A week and a couple days and I have normal temperatures (80°F to 90°F) I had the A33 4G I see some minor upgrades which is so cool: Dual Speakers, built in Screen Recorder, Responsive Fingerprint Reader, Bixby Routines, Call Recording and more.

didn't finish the video yet when commenting! is it still heating up if u mind me ask? with the new updated and since the geekbench had improved about 300 points from other more recent reviews i saw, is it any better perfomance wise. thanks since

Love using this thing. Battery used to drain drastically when on Spotify bit stopped like a week ago after updating Spotify. Guess alot of apps just need to be updated and the phone too needs an update (especially because there's no always on display)

I just bought it 3 days ago & it overheats after 20 to 30 minutes. It gets really hot! What's up with that? I was expecting more from this phone now I can't do shit.

@@EugosonQuorch I have no idea why Samsung didn't include it on the A33 eventhough it has a Super AMOLED+ screen not IPS LCD. But is it possible to manually install an apk file of Samsung's AOD on the A33 and make it work? Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this phone to those who loves AOD like me.

I have problems with moisture and its getting worse to a point where I cannot even charge it. How can I solve it. It has been an issue since the next month I got it and it got worse less than a week

Just had an A33 yesterday. Played one game and I am already experiencing heat. I just tried to update the software as I am watching the video and hopefully that can help. This video is very informative btw!

Buy this phone for ip 67 , super amoled, great speakers with dolby atmos, and for ois camera Dont buy if you are heavy user or heavy gamer why because of heating problems .😎

Yeah, samsung a33 has heat issue with lighter usage, just bought the phone 3 days ago but felt the heat whenever I put the phone in my pant pocket 😑 .

hello, I have noticed. area next to camera gets hot. sometimes with light usage that area gets hot.

@daaz102 Hi, yes i use a Samsung A33 5G and it also overheats by the camera and also on the normal screen newr the camera is overheats there really bad, especially when im playing a game.
It's madly overheating as soon as I switch on my mobile hotspot while playing free fire the overheating sux
I've not encountered heating issues so far... That's about 1 hour ish of screen time
Hmm such a tough call. This phone has the specs I need & suits my budget but the overheating is a real worry

If the power button and the volume down button powers off the device HOW do you screenshot without swiping the SCREEN? Because swiping sometimes moves things off the screen 😫

I have a33 and you need to press volume down and power button quickly. Dont hold the buttons because it will open the power menu.

You can change it on settings. Go to Advanced Settings > Side Key and you can select Power Off menu
You know how to fixed the camera of video call? Da video call isn't look nice ..
I can't use wired earphone.
I like this phone but it has one problem it becomes very 🔥🔥🔥🔥 hot is it harmful?
Thought it was mine only even now it's hot 🔥 and the battery drain faster

If you plan on doing heavy tasks frequently then it would be a problem. They could push out an update that’ll fix it though

First of all, great video mate. However, you may giving a misinformation. Samsung A33 comes with a stereo speaker. The first is beside the USB-C port while the second is become one with the earpiece. I can say this because I have the phone. 😅

Let's say I don't care much about performance but I do about battery life, AMOLED, small size of a phone (not larger than a33 4g) and a decent camera (doesn't have to be that good as in this phone). Do you have any picks worth considering? I though about Moto 52 or Samsung A32 (not 5G).. still not sure about A33.

I'm so disappointing for samsung a33 5g, i both the phonr 5 days is same problem heating phone not only that..the battery is draining fast😭 it consume 15 % an hour while using it. Even only scrolling a social media. My old phone consume only 8% an hour with video call, while watching movie, scrolling. but in samsung a33 only video call the battery os draining fast😭

The exynos processor isn’t well optimized, I hoped they would have fixed this issue by now but I guess they can’t fix it

i just got the phone and i experienced the heating issue as soon as i turned it on, mostly around the main board area rather than the battery I hope this is a software related issue that could be fixed with an update, and not a permanent flaw because it gets seriously hot

This is why I'm going for m53 5g, it has a vapor cooling chamber and thanks to that i could expect the phone to have a longer life. Heating issues really kill your phone's mann, not really much but the battery would drain a bit faster than before. And having a phone just getting hot isn't fun really. Kinda pricks u, so ig m53 is the most wiser choice.
