Samsung better with screen and Sony better with sound. Each brand have their own specialty. But I think it's a good choice to have a phone with 4gb ram and at least 4000mah battery capacity for daily use.

@iraqia the camera quality is pretty good the wide angle camera is not the best but it's there. The gorilla glass 3 is ok not the most durable but itll last. It scratches easily tho. Pretty snappy but not the fastest when multitasking. Like I said before the camera is s little slow opening and sometimes fails to launch. But the screen and battery life are amazing. Hope this helped.😊

Absolutely gorgeous I have it one i brought a month ago! super cool got nice reviews Good Quality 👌

I just bought one and am really happy with it for what I need. Light gaming is fine, Real Racing 3 looks really good. Massive upgrade over my old Samsung J2. Did you know when you put the phone against a hard surface the sound amplifies quite a bit. I listen to it while painting and it is more than loud enough. Put it against a window and the sound fills the whole room. I like the Samsung interfaces and design. I listen to spotify for 5 h-6 hours and 1-2 hours other stuff and battery is not enough 50% used. Screen is great. Camera is good.

I am planning got a new one today, this video and comments below helped me to better understand and compare its specifications to other cell phones. In fact I am comparing it with Y9 Prime 2019. watching with my galaxy A30 even after nearly 4 years it still running quite good it may be not the best but trust me it's better than the most mid ranger phones now days and the selfie camera is incredible but the rear camera is way better than people may expect for a mid ranger it's sad that midranger phones now days comes with less demandable software that may not satisfy people's attention but I'm still sticking with this phone till another phone come out and get to my liking 😁

​​​​@@IhtshamUlhuq 1. yes it has secure folder 2. finger print is quite good and fast and still working very well 3. yes it has Super Amoled and it supports FHD display and if I'm not wrong it's the same display as this year Samsung's flagship like s23 and s23+ so that's incredible for a budget phone and I didn't really face a problem like burning and things like that but it sometimes gives me warning and tips so I can avoid the harms that causes heat and what could be damaging the battery 4. yep there's always on display and it works really well and never had issues with that 5. the camera is something that satisfied me in this phone but to get a perfect image you have to take photos in front of sun light's and not in a dark place and unfortunately it doesn't have night mode so it gives more noisy look at night and the more seconds you wait to take a photo the more details you get also it has scene optimizer that use's AI to recognize things like food, sky, clouds etc to capture the best view you want 6. I'm not really fan of face unlocking things but it still has face recognition but I'm not using it 7. I'm actually using PicsArt and yeah it lags pretty much since it doesn't good at performing and loading huge apps and games like PUBG mobile and COD mobile because you know it runs exynos chip so it's definitely not qualified for large games that surpasses 1GB but for battery life I would say it's mediocre I'm currently using it for 6 hours and I still got 30% left mostly on social media and games like clash of clans and other stuff and lastly if you wanna buy a budget phone that runs pretty well your daily times I'd recommend this phone but if you can perhaps afford a midranger that most likely focusing on optimisation and literally everything I'd say Samsung A73 would be a great choice since it came out last year and with a price like 450$ it's kinda fair and it currently should be at 400$ since it a year old and it runs Qualcomm snapdragon chip wich gives you better performing and quick loading and you'll face no lag issues at all

after almost 3 years using of my samsung a30 its still has everything i need here and i still dont see any issue or laggy even thought its already done by supporting software update but thiz phone its still very good for price

Guys, the A30 is not water resistant, but I was curious and wanted to test out what would happen if I soaked it in water for like 30 seconds, and surprisingly when I took it out and dried it, it was perfectly fine and no warnings or anything wrong with it! Obviously I watched other videos of people soaking there a30's in water and decided to test it out myself. Samsung built strong and secure!

Please do a review on the new Xiaomi MI9T or K20 PRO!

I am using the phone for almost 6 months. It is the best phone I ever had. Thousands time better than my last phone which was huawei mate 10 pro. Very solid and beautiful screen. Camera is good too. I never seen lag , but oppening apps takes 0.5 sec more than Huawei mate 10 pro. I play ROV and the performance is good. Wish this info help you

0:58 found that out first hand last week... accidentally left it in my pocket at the beach and a wave splashed higher than my knees and took my first a30, on my second one now

Is there any way to make the video option video for longer? It cuts off after 25 minutes or a bit more.

Bought this phone 2 months ago, I'm so glad I've went with this phone instead of buying a Redmi Note 7, this phone is flawless if you rarely play mobile games, and the speakers are no big issue considering I always use headphones, and the camera is above average for me as well, been able to capture good photos with it during day and night. I also feel like I should mention that this phone is excellent for multi-tasking, something I'd never thought I'd get in a 3750 EGP ($225) phone. I'd %100 recommend buying this phone, or even better, the A50 if you can afford it.

cameras and others feature too quietly better ... iam using in this phone last 4 months ....good experience from i get. Cameras is nice. Performance also good..i playing pubg continously hour without phone lag and any problem..if you you are a streamer dont take it in this phone .. if you dont streaming i recommend..in this phone for normal gamers...no heating issues in this phone My rate is 8/10 Samsung as improved... this comment you can hope...THANKS

Here's an honest review. The a series phones are amazing as good as the s series. I have an a6 plus as my daily driver and it's in my opinion better than these options unless you want an upgrade. But if you really want a good a series phone go for the A8 plus or a70 which are great!

@@henryijeoma its kinda weak and lacks bass. I also set the volume high when im using my earphones. The camera sucks though, ISO is only up to 800 and no shutter speed control. Other than that it's a good phone.

The only Pro for Galaxy A30 is the Super Amoled Screen at such low price...and quite good battery life....that's about it...But good to see samsung inproving on their budget / midrange phone... :D

AMOLED, battery and One UI together for less than USD $200 is great. It's cameras are generally better than anything I've seen at this price point, too

An awesome phone except for its speakers and camera. Samsung has to improve on these two fronts if it wants to compete with brands like Xiaomi and Realme in the budget range market. Its such a shame that Samsung budget phones which come with such brilliant displays are let down by their speakers and cameras.

This is my phone for about a year and it's golden minus the fact that it's only one speaker. Really could have used 2

I pay $30 a fortnight (Australia) Which is cheap here. I've just switched to Samsung Galaxy A30 from Oppo R15. Oppo is definitely in the same range too 👌
