Thanks for this video. My dad's A10s also had a very similar issue just yesterday and i've done lots of software cleaning, even hard reset. I got so stressed out now as I can't fix it so I'm glad to know it's actually a physical damage 😂

Hi, unfortunately I don't think the problem is hardware based, even though it can be repaired in such a way. My colleague has faced the same problem after an update, and after many fixing tries and long and tedious research I have stumbled upon a Turkish complaint website (I live in turkey), where people with the same exact model (Galaxy A10s) are facing the same problem since February this year. And there were like 6-7 complaints of the same exact problem. I suppose it does something to do with the update. Samsung sucks...

Beleive this procedure is not safe The heat gun in this video do not give an exact temperature To do a clean job he should protect the mother board

This is a common problem with the a10s. I sell phones and the last time couple time i saw this issue it was with the A10s probably get solder joint crack based on the video.
