You didn't show how to pry open the screen (which is and a very important step). also, your child talking in the background was very distracting and made it difficult to concentrate on your instructions.

My friend Mr. M has been having the worst luck with Samsung tablets this year. He got one for his birthday that was no longer working two weeks later. Rather than use the warranty to have it at least looked at, he went to BestBuy and bought a new one. That one lasted about 5 weeks. He said it wouldn't charge or anything. He's now on his third Samsung. I He won't admit it but from the condition of his cords I think he's being rough with it. Every one of his C connections are dinged up and bent out of shape. I took a 8 x zoom photo of his charger port and it's filled with debris.

My SM T350 has two buttons on the back that seem to do nothing. Can you help me? What are they for? I have no idea. 😩

You just have to pull the side and pull the sim out . I didn’t have a sim in mine .
