One big plus point of these ovens, even without the fast preheat function, the top oven gets up to temperature really quickly. Much faster than old electric fan ovens. Really impressed with that feature.

Thank you for this video. I've looked through the entire guidebook but couldn't find any explanations for the mode symbols, which is a shame because it has really nice features, but symbols are not very self-explanatory. I figured some of them out, but I couldn't use the solo oven features now watching your I realize the separation plate was the problem. I really appreciated your video. ❤

we have just purchased one of these, with the split front door, which is a genius idea, I agree on the buzzer being quiet, and very confused as to why they thought that the display did not require all of the options to light up... most odd as you say, I was convinced it should :(... it heats so quickly and once you have mastered the varying options for baking roasting etc it's brilliant.. OMG I am reviewing an oven 😂 😂 i will add we bought ours at auction as an ex display in total perfect condition, so it was a real bargain too 😉 😉

Hi Louise, two questions from an amatuer --- the top grill rack, when it falls into place/locks in, the door doesn't close - I assume that is a feature so that you can't close the door whilst it is grilling? Also, second question --- the dual cook divider, where do you store yours? I was surprised they didn't make it as simple as storing it on the lowest possible shelf/resting on the bottom of the oven.

Hello, does the installation need rear ventilation as specified in the manual?

Hi, do you reduce your oven temperature setting by 20 degrees when you use any of the fan settings? Also, I’ve just had to return a more basic Samsung model and it didn’t work very well eg oven chips took over 45 minutes to cook! Can you reassure me that you are happy with the basic operation of this oven and it cooks as you expect it to? Thanks in advance.

What does the timer sound like? If you still have this oven, can you maybe record how the timer sounds and answer with a link to dropbox or something?

great video! thanks for taking the time! one question - can i time the two sections separately? that is, can i have each section start and stop at different times? for example, i want the top section to start at 5:00 and end at 7:00 and the bottom to start at 10:00 and end at 11:00

Hi there, I don't use the automatic start/stop timing function on the oven, so cannot be certain but I do not think you can time both sections separately. You should be able to view the manual online, so may be able to ascertain from that.

Can I use different upper and lower temp when not using dual cook separator?

Thank you for this video. We have ordered a dual cook with the double door. How does the grill work? Does it take long to warm up/cook cheese on toast for example? Also do you have to keep the door open for the grill function? Many thanks.

The grill warms up reasonably quickly and you need to keep the door shut. It doesn't heat up if you leave the door open - I presume the model with the split doors would be the same.

Hey i bought this one a while ago and i bake bread everyday and i have a problem when i bake the bread i put it in the fan mode the fist one in the right and i set all the things timer temperature and i bake my bread in the upper oven but the problem is that the oven bakes only the upper side of the bread and it lets the down side of the bread white uncooked can you help me with some tips and maybe the fan mode is not for the bread bakong ...

Hi there, I bought it from Currys Partmaster and it cost £37.49. I did contact Samsung to ascertain the correct part number, but cannot locate those details now unfortunately.

Great review. I just got mine and the manual is not intuitive to understand how to use one of those auto settings. I failed to set the dough proofing setting for the top or bottom oven. Do you know it is because I was using the dual oven? You said some functions dont work when dual oven used...Many thanks!

I would expect so, as that's likely the same as for the plate warming feature which can't be used in conjunction with the dual oven.

Hi! I’m from argentina. Have you noticed that when you open the door a great amount of steam comes out ? Is this normal?

Any idea how to install the door on one of these models?

Hello Louise, Nice review! I'm from Argentina, and as I write to you, I'm using the same oven for the first time, Just installed! It is a beauty and I think electrical it's much better than gas. Since you started to used before me, I have a question: I find a little annoying that the panel has no light for the small icons, like the ok, or the touch to turn the light on. Did you find a way around it? or it is like that? By the way... The cake looks awesome! Thanks in advance

No, there is no way that we found for the icons to light up. Also, I bought a separate timer as the one installed is much too quiet. Otherwise, it is still a very nice oven.

Hi, I'm still trying to get used to the icons not been bright enough! Sorry to bother you again, but, do you have fog or steam issues to the point that water drips from the bottom of the door? I love the oven, but I have to dry the inside of the door few times during baking, even if I reheat something. Thanks again for your time!

Hi Louise thanks for coming back to me. So when the oven is finished there is no noisy cooling fan running for a time?

Once you set the temperature, how do you know the oven has reached it? It shows 200 from the beginning, so you don't know if it is 100 or 180 at the moment or maybe already 200. Am I right?

If you want to preheat to 180 for example, turn the oven on to 180 and the oven will beep to indicate when the temperature has been reached. I actually rarely fully preheat it as I don't find it necessary.

Dear Louise, I have just brought this oven new. I have noticed that when I pre heat the oven on mine the audible bleep and visual pre heat icon disappears but the oven has not finished heating up to the temperature I set it at. Does the same happen to your oven?

i used mine 200 degrees for one hour and after i turned the knob to "o" (off) its like a fan continue going does yours do the same thanks ?

Jak czyścić podwójny piekarnik kuchenny SAMSUNG NV75N5672RS krok po kroku. Jestem wściekły jak diabli, że mam ten piekarnik od ponad 2 lat, ale przyznam, że prawie go nie używamy, ponieważ mam instrukcje z kilkoma seriami modeli. Nie jestem zadowolony. Powód jest jeden, że w trakcie pieczenia, czyli robienia rzeczy przez kilka sekund jestem zmuszony otworzyć drzwi, aby sprawdzić danie, i obracać się kilka razy. Piekarnik wyłącza się i pisze cd nie rozumiem, zamiast 40 minut czy nawet godziny ustawiam na pieczenie lub gotowanie, okazuje się, że gotuje się nawet 2 godziny i jedzenie nie jest gotowane i nie piecze. Najlepsze, co wychodzi, to pieczenie buraków przez mojego męża z temperaturą ustawioną na 200C zamiast 180C w pozycji nastawy na numerze 3 prawego pokrętła. Do czyszczenia nie jestem w stanie usunąć fabrycznie zamontowanych szyn, aby móc czyścić. Podręczniki są bardzo okrojone i tylko w kilku językach, których nie rozumiem. Firma, od której kupiłem roszczenia gwarancyjne, nigdy mi nie odpowiedziała, tylko pośrednik napisał, że jest teraz Covid i nie ma pracowników. Dziś mam gwarancję po terminie i piekarniku, aby nie używać zgodnie z aplikacją i chęcią dobrego użytkowania, Po raz kolejny jestem rozczarowany Samsungiem, Pierwsza lodówka za dużo pieniędzy, po 3 latach użytkowania, koszt naprawy droższy niż nowa lodówka. Laptop po 2 latach użytkowania ekranu monitora w połowie widziany w kolorze niebieskim, a połowa monitora w kolorze czarnym. bezużyteczny zakup. Teraz piekarnik jak wyczyścić samsung podwójny piekarnik kuchenny NV75N5672RS krok po kroku. . To już moja ostatnia przygoda z artykułami Samsunga. Nie będę już kupował całkowicie niczego o nazwie SAMSUNG. Na razie szukam pomocy i wskazówek dotyczących sprzątania. Ponieważ ta funkcja prawdopodobnie również nie działa poprawnie, lub po prostu nie mogę nic zrobić i poprawnie zrozumieć.

I just bought Samsung NV75N5641 RS with 2 doors аnd really disappointed. Cooked in the up oven chicken legs with grill and croissants in the low oven. Doesn't cook evenly. And chicken and croissants well cooked on the left side and not well cooked on the right side. Does somebody else have the same problem? I cooked 5 times, and 5 times the same result. Left is ok and the right side is not.

You could have showed of the fact you can access the top oven with out opening the whole door. Great video

@@martcoombs9031 just got mine, found it quite intuitive but to each their own. It has 3 modes: 1) press clock once, set the amount of time it should cook starting now. 2) press clock twice, set the time you want the oven to stop. 3) combine both, it will start the oven x time you input in the first and will be done by the time you put in the second (clock 2 minus clock 1). it will start and stop by itself :)
