The new Samsung top loads have see through lids. And that lid lock can be bypassed you just gotta know a little about electrical. I'm like you I prefer a good old fashioned dial washer . Mine finally failed after 38 years,entire drum rusted out so wasn't worth fixing

Ah, the good old days when one could simply replace a belt or rotor.

Does this washing machine shake a lot for anyone else? Yes the feet are level.

What about the water inside the washer? Does it fill to the top?

Full load fills to the top, some people said theirs didn’t but it’s ok for me

I think you can pour it in the middle of the agitator, I have never used dispensers, I just put the soap in first and then put clothes in.

Where supposed to put the detergent liquid ??

I just dump it in before putting clothes in, never paid any attention to where to put soap, but probably in the agitator, on on the side somewhere

It has no place to put detergent. Has a place for bleach and another for softener. It drives me insane!!

The only difference is it’s electronic instead of a normal old fashioned round timer and unless you choose quick wash it will take a long time, like 1 1/2 to 2 hours for a load, quick wash is about 40 minutes, I don’t think clothes get any cleaner with that long wash.

Mine did that after 3 months and I called for service and they came out 3 or 4 days later and fixed it. It was a bad water pump, weird how that would stop water from flowing in. Hopefully there will be no more problems.

@@justanotherday1974 I live on a well so I always have to clean out traps all over the water lines I did that and it still is happening. Did a hard reset on it in the first load I just did now is going so far so good

I had a problem where it wouldn’t fill up and they fixed it free, it was the drain pump causing it. I really wish they would just make simple old fashioned washers, no need for all this modern electronic stuff.
