Wow! Just dont have the energy to do so much even though I am a very DIY ( Do It Yourself) person. I know my limits and I will call the Samsung technician to replace the board for about Rs 3000. Thank you though.

In the same model, Machine on karne ke bad se hi Water jet( for which separate switch is given on Right Side of the machine ) lagatar pani dene lag raha hai. Jo switch se bhi off nahi ho raha hai. Samsung technician ne valve( I think solenoid valve jet wale me short ki wajah se PCB me bhi IC kharab hone ) aur PCB dono replace karne ke liye bola hai. Component level repairing( i.e. PCB repair) ke liye mana kar raha hai. Could you please tell me the approximate cost if I go for PCB repair instead of replacement? What is your suggestion/recommendation?

@@SomaElectricals Thanks for your prompt response! Replacement of PCB costs me almost double with 3 months of warranty from authorized service centre. Also tell me the cost of solenoid valve used in water jet if possible. Are main inlet valve and this water jet valve are of same model? Through this video I could guess the location of IC by following the cable & jack/connector used. But how could I purchase the IC required for the same? Is there any rating/model number for the IC? Everything is working fine except the continuous water flow from water jet. Is there any way to isolate it as I find this water jet useless. Every other function of the PCB is ok. So isolating the water jet will be an economical solution. Please spare some time to resolve my queries.

What is the cost of pcb board?

I have same 7kg model. The problem is the washing machine automatically switches off after a few minutes after we start washing clothes. Then we have to switch off the mains, have to wait for half hour or so and then again start. Sometime even this does not work. what could be the problem?

Dear Sir I have Samsung automatic washing machine 6.2 kg . Problem: This machine started taking water continuously. I checked inlet valve it was totally stuck. Second thing I found one resistance 10 ohm on pc board near wires coming from solinoid valve burned. I checked it it is showing open. Please guide what to do? Regards

Same problem with my machine, my uncle has the same model as mine and I used their valve in my machine it still didn't work and my valve in their machine also that didn't work. Does it mean my valve and pcb both are a problem? And I am sure about valve but what else can be the reason and possible solution?

Maybe pressure is not coming to the pressure switch. from the bottom of tub clean the white blow air in it. (pressure switch pipe)

Brother, Mine has water come in but it won't start washing cycle. The green inlet valve makes loud noise and one is warm the other isn't. I check the water pressure switch & it seems to have a play and working. Then it makes 1st cycle and stop; 4E error code appears. Can you share potential solution

@@SomaElectricals thanks for replying. it is now working; i have an old inlet valve. I swapped the the faulty solenoid with an old one; i tried blowing rigourously (with bicycle pump) into the water pressure hose again & adjusted the water pressure sensor. That did the job! I have questions: 1. Why 2 yellow wires go into 1 solenoid terminal ? 2. When water was filling the solenoid blue terminal no testpen light but when it stops testpen lights up. I want to understand; i am an electrical dumny 😥

Now i think this: the solenoid has become inefficient that it can't hold firm the plunger & that noise is caused by the plunger rapid movement due to weakened electric field

Hello Sir, I too have same problem, there is no water filling or any other process taking place after pressing the START button. The PCB board is also of the same model. After seeing the video, I opened up the PCB and removed the filling from top of the ACS1086SN transistor. I did not find any physical damage and checked with multimeter and did not find any short circuit. I checked the Solenoid valve and it is working fine. I have renewed the Pressure sensor also. But still the problem is not solved. Please advise if I should change the transistor with BT136 or to give it for repair. Early reply is appreciated.

Okay okay listen first of all it was not a transistor its a TRAIC and that place u can use BTA12 and etc by its pin detail in this condesion cut some more size of pcb and see there a two optocouple on pcb board just ahead of optocouplers there is a IC nom with 2003 replace that IC your work will surely done

check out pressure pipe. if there will be small hole tub will fill overflow. change the pipe and see
