i did it!! i had trouble with the battery, i used a hairdryer for heat, but maybe it did not get as hot as your hot plate, the only other snag was the red wire connection, it took me awhile. great video!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the hardest part of repairing this phone is carefully taking the back off and the thousands of little screws in the frame that are harder than the first one to remove. but this video really helped so thanks.

Would a generic super glue work to finish up the repair or do you suggest only using the T-7000? Is there a difference in the results?

what size screwdriver do you use to open the frame a20? is it 1.5mm plus screwdriver or 1.2mm plus?
