On 7 April I bought this phone there is no issue but after weeks on 15 April I am traveling from Prayagraj to Deoria when I was sat in train and open lock this phone start lagging . They only open dialer and auto type only 3 and 6 many other apps also open like setting , chrome , assistant pocket mode etc so my honest review is " Do not buy this phone " if you an buy then after you know what happen

Don't buy Samsung a15. Terrible customer service. Phone started to show software problems within 10 days. They say the cannot replace unless the problem happens within 7 days. The seller MyG, as well as the samsung service centre. Samsung service centre say, the can rewrite the software, but no guarantee. Now its like I bought a biting dog.

@@yachiro14 Man this my experience with samsung. You will be left alone any problems come up. For me, the problem happened within a month. The material quality, display, ui , all are good, lovable. But, what you can do when the software have a serious issue , that won't let you use your phone for, some times up to 10 minutes.
