@@rd8125 Yes, this is the second security procedure from Android. After the reset choose "use google account instead" to activate the phone. If you don't know it, search for "forgot my google account". If you can't recover your google account or password, then the next option would be to search " Your phone's / tablet's model name + FRP unlock ". And if you still can't do it, you will need a special paid service. Good luck ;)

Hi Thanks for the video I did the reset which all worked BTW, but when redoing the phone setup it is still asking for a password so I am still unable to get into the phone. Do you have any idea why this might be happening ? Thanks again

You're are awesome! I just spent the last couple of hours trying to reset my phone with the Samsung instructions, and nothing happened. I was able to unlock my phone within 5 minutes after watching your video! These are lifesavers, especially when you need your phone for work!

This worked , you need to connect your phone with laptop or pc , anything , I was trying to do it without laptop but it didn't worked but when I connected it with laptop it worked , that WORKING 100000 %

hi i don't rlly know why but it just resets i also plugged it plus did the same thing but its just the same as restart

You need to follor the steps really carefully. It must work, but timing is also important. Some people try 20 times before it work. Good luck.

I plug 🔌 my USB cable to power point while charging and I tried to reset but is still the same. I didn't see wipe data factory so please what am I going to do help me out
