Very nice video. When I can get to the store I will pick up what you suggested. In the meantime, though it might not look quite as aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but I found my own hack to the tripod problem. I was able to turn the clip on the Samson mic upside down, fit the hole into the tripod, and clip it onto my tripod. Just flip the mic around and voila, it's a free repair. I tilt the top of the tripod away from me so that I don't see the actual bottom of the Samson case and it actually looks quite good. Wow, I'm a genius, haha. I liked your video though, very smart!

Hi there! It was an adjustable 40" tripod I picked up from target. It's made by Targus- as you can see it's super small and portable
