I grew up on this, but not this pimped out lekker version. I made it yesterday and it was so sharp-sharp. The beef was tender and mncah. This is gonna be my weekly go-to this winter. Thanks, in Jozi.

My favourite, I've started making mine in a pressure cooker (no need to soak). Stewing lamb, oxtail, onion and tomato makes it super tasty. It's so lekker to make it quickly, especially on a cold day! And the butter makes it! Where I grew up it was always called umngqusho.

This is one of my favorite dishes I like but have never tried to make it myself. But geewiz it look so easy and one can tweak it a bit to make it your own 🤗🤗yummy 😊

I made this, and it was DIVINE!!! My son asked me today to make it again 😄

My mom makes it but only use the samp and beans.. still nice but boring. I'm going to make it the way you make it much more my style😍
