Need to bring star singers from other than Odisha why? Bcoz you have chance to highlight Odia language songs for others. Any closed locked Music industry will not grow. Bengali, Telugu (do you noticed Punjabi Singers in That music industry alongwith Arman Malik Hindi Bollywood singers), Kannada ( Shreya Ghoshal, Sonu Nigam, Udit Narayan, Kailash Kher, Arman Malik), Tamil (Honey Singh+ Badshaah also contributed) songs known to whole world why bcoz of that reason. 2-3 years ago Punjabi Music Industry given one big award to one south Indian Singer. Why till you are closed your reach it will actually limiting itself. Music, Literature, arts suppose to echo from outside if it grows. Then you smile that for sure. Today's time without compromising the quality we must bring competition, variety & Odia Music to the world. Outside Odisha ! Why Odia songs ñot played in any multicultural program bcoz of its reach & identity unknown to others. People love to play Bengali Genda phool song of Badshah in any multicultural event but any Odia song? Odia Music must prosper & make money but you need to give that chance in front of whole world.
