    The triplets were very preemie, Zelda was 42 weeks I believe… so different stages of development for the same ‘age’ because of course babies develop in the womb.

    Birdie was super advanced too! She was born past due date, like Zelda, and was super motorically advanced and crawled very early!

  • @mantleofelijah

    @mantleofelijah

    3 ай бұрын

    @@sarastewart2633 the reason is that development post 40 weeks is a lot to do with the input from parents and other caregivers. Talking to and interacting with the child plus the quality of feed breastmilk/formula. It would not be fair to adjust therefore in this case because in the womb physiological development happens but once born the external factors come into play too - except for very preemie babies who need to catch up with the physiological factors first. This family provide phenomenally for baby development. Calm environs, books galore, talking to the baby, modelling, lots of interaction, rest, routine, etc.

    So sweet seeing all the children in the library. I never set foot in a library until I was a teen. There was a book mobile at our school on the weekends when I was in 5th grade for the summer. I really couldn’t get enough of it. Then nothing until teen years when I was in high school. Your children are so blessed to have all these books at their fingertips. They are little sponges. 🥰 Good job Mom and Dad. 👏👏👏 Are any of them interested in music or playing instruments? Not they you don’t have enough noise around the house…LOL…just curious. Great video. @Life With Beans I've got a wilder true story of Irish Twins from my childhood. A neighbor family had four girls close in age. Then they had a baby boy. They got the whole church to pray as they wanted another boy. Mom got pregnant, maybe after a month or 6 weeks. No ultrasounds back then. Ten months after the first boy, she delivered TWIN BOYS! The father was actually dark Irish. Mom was quite competent and also busy with three in cloth diapers.
