spent a good quality time at Saman Pa, met api puntsog lay and talked about her more then a century old building of Saman pa. it is important for us to preserve our belongings especially when it is a gift left by our ancestors. I respect and appreciate her effort to preserve each and everything her ancestors left for the next generation. it is a treasure to have a century old building still standing tall and strong in this modern world. julay and Tashi Delek to all. 💐

Good attempt. Should have shown the old wooden ropes, lion carpets, saddles, carpets, nusgal and likes. They are truly amazing.👍

I Agree, Could have been much better in many ways but this is what it is, and this was the best i could do as per the situation and circumstances there at Saman.

True. These days we can see majority of the old ppl calls us everyday ,wants to talk to us, wants to stay connected with us, wants to meet up with all the close relatives, wants to meet their childhood friends while on the other hand, we don't bother to even call them and ask them how they are, we don't care about our relatives and friends we need them only when we have some important work. This is the difference between today's modern world and those old days.

Salute to her for keeping her culture n tradition alive. Most importantly is listen to what she said .Years gone by people were very happy with whatever they had little by today's standard.There was no stress,no competition in material greediness ,no jealousy n so they lived long.But in today's Ladakh we age faster because of all the I'll gotten mental agony.The neighbors build a grand house out of jealousy we lose sleep n in the process lose a few hours of our life span n the same goes for cars,jewellery, money,dresses n the last goes on

Saman pa is always interesting since history. As u have heard the story of meymey Stanzin Tsering who escaped from the unit of Chinese army after Tibet was captured by China in 1959.

Please make a vlog on Abba pa house in sham area of ladakh which is almost 150 years old, oldest house in ladakh I guess. Don't know the exact village name

Ok sir, I m just wondering who is this Abba pa. Hehe 😁, anyways I made this. Vlog on Saman as I hv a strong link with this family, as this is my azang pa, mother's home. I don't have any direct pr indirect relation with Abba pa, so it might not be possible for me. Yet I will try to post some other interesting things in upcoming days.
