Sam has a million subs. Probably making $40,000 a month on youtube and is literally wearing Converse that are blown out and a $5 goodwill adidas shirt. Thats why we love Sam. Pure authenticity and humility.

@user-sk9sp7pe4y I used to be a third party employee that worked for Google and even had a LDAP. I worked for Google pay, play store, Google voice, Gmail and Google fi. I had access to KZread earnings, through adsense. I can tell you with 100% certainty rich piana was making $1500-3k daily when he was getting 200-300k views on his videos. Not an estimation tool, but actualyl his KZread earnings. Things might have changed over time. Jon bravo estimates sams earnings to be 100k per month. The length of video would call for more revenue through adsense since more ads are played. Hence more ad views.

Great conversation. We all were in our early 20s while lifting at one point. Many of us got into lifting during high school sports and Lord knows proper form was not a priority as much as getting through the workouts. Let people lift how they want to lift because at the end of the day, the vast majority of us do this as a hobby - it should be enjoyable.

Little nugget at 2:30 was exactly me. I was so adamant about correct form just because I was so worried about hurting myself or concerned about being judged by others because I was ego lifting that I was too extreme with my corrective exercise training. What Sam is doing is just what 99% of men his age want to do, but are too afraid or nervous to do it. If sam opened a gym today and invited people to train there under his tutelage, guaranteed he would be busy 24/7. Sam is giving people an insight into bodybuilding without a care in the world. I just hope he doesn't have a heart attack or some stupid medical emergency.

I usually avoid fitness influencers like the plague (the Tren Twins for example) because I fucking hate the "go to war, pr or die" mindset. We're living comfortable fucking lives with the privilege of being able to strain the way we want, not the way we have to in order to survive. There's no fucking war, only a privilege of our comfortable lives. But Sam is the exception, he doesn't do that shit, he goes in, does his thing, doesn't tell anyone that they HAVE to do it the same way, the opposite in fact, all while being calm and kinda funny. Really happy to see him having success with it.

My speculation is that he has been on some sort of PEDs his entire time lifting just because he has never gotten fat and he says he was 200lbs 2 years ago when he started "bulking". That means he put on 40lbs in 3 years and then another 40-50lbs in 2 years while maintaining a 6 pack and no love handles. I think his "maingaining" phase was probably beginner cycles and "bulking" to him means pushing the gear and taking insulin. Putting on 90lbs in 5 years is absolutely bonkers even with gear.

In one of his recent podcasts Fouad talked about this. Basically he said "I'm not Sam's coach or his dad, I can't tell the man what to do" mostly with regards to his training and diet, but also that he is going to hook him up with Marek Health presumably for better and more thorough bloods and access to doctors who know about what bodybuilders are doing. It's funny though I have noticed that since signing with Hosstile he has been slowly implementing controlling the weight usually later in his workouts, though it isn't the big stretch 3 second negatives that everyone seemingly wants him to do. He's definitely evolving, it's going to be interesting to see what his content is like in a year, especially once he's done with school.

Sam promotes a lifestyle that has a lot of positive aspects but there are risks that he has accepted. His younger or less educated fans may not know about these risks when emulating his lifestyle and i think a lot of these creators are just trying to make sure people know what theyre getting themselves into.

Cause in the end, it still requires work, whatever the methods are And not everyone will do the work, or even can do the work, for various reasons

I think y’all should consider Sam is trolling everyone with the Gal of milk and cereal thing. He was already on an upward trajectory with his ego lift campaign and sprinkled in some diet trolling so all the body building guys can go ape shit on and make videos on about him. Always remember that even ‘bad’ publicity is good. Juiced or not, so what? He works hard and is reaping the rewards 👍

It’s funny how many ppl got so offended over a diet that tbh ain’t even that bad, anyone who bulked dirty knows that kinda stuff is regular (ofc it ain’t healthy if you do it for years but cmon half them same ppl complain they can’t gain weight n wonder why while they try to cram in 3000/4000kcal of chicken n broccoli 😂😂) the best thing is to do what works for you n sometimes it does help to add in ‘dirty’ foods so you can make the bulking progress a lot easier n not burn yourself out ending up hating everything you eat, too many people got opinions bout errythin nowadays n it’s fine if you do the same but 99% of em ppl ain’t nowhere near their goals so maybe focus more on your progress n get inspired to work harder instead of wasting energy n time hating on people doing better 💯💯💯

I was younger I also ate alot of cereal, bagels, milk etc and got big asf, and not only did I get big on that diet, I lit gained almost no fat and all muscle, I wasn't even taking peds, and that diet act worked pretty good for a long time, I wasn't drinking gallon of chocolate milk in one setting but I was def eating alot of things, that most ppl today would say is bad, but to be completely honest. I don't think it was act bad for me, bc my mom big cheat meals would be before and after a workout, and all my levels were normal and act felt good on that diet/ had energy, even today at times I don't eat typical bber type meals all the time. And I'm still pretty jacked...I'd rather eat cal dense foods sometimes then have to eat a ton of say chicken and rice

Dialogue has the "Di" prefix , that means two.. two equally respected valued people having a talk, debate, opinion, or argument . Sam is unfairly advantaged due to having the power to censor or silence the other voice heard.. its not a dialogue, its a biased opinion and performance that is not checked for false information or a indoctrination or false or misleading data to justifify a selfish end. ..He has the responsibility that if he says he is presenting reality , then his younger viewers deserve reality, not obfuscation, convoluted word salads, innuendo, minimizing, information intentional omission and emotional indignant offense or defensiveness to hide truth and present an enhanced curved blurred reality, which is what you two are doing for Sam and i might guess for your selves.

His diet is garbage but eventually he’ll learn. I think it’s mainly due to laziness on his part to be honest. He’s a kid with a busy schedule so spending time in the kitchen making meals day in and day out just isn’t a priority for him and so far his method has worked for him. But there’s a reason top bodybuilders don’t eat all that shit, all food is not equal so in 5 years I suspect he’ll be singing a different tune.

Old school bodybuilders built a foundation first. The kids today juiced or not achieve that foundation a lot faster. The science today is just more solid. Being holistic just does not compare to facts. I have watched his vids and the short range of motions he uses should be stopped. It's the one thing that will get him. Studies show it builds as much muscle, but you "will" injure yourself eventually. Ronnie did it. Look at him now. Your choice Ronnie or O'hearn? I pick O'hearn for longevity. His training style will save your body. Fact.
