WHAT!!??? IMO. . . . . If that was a lower leg (tib / fib) fracture that video is how NOT to apply a splint.
What are suggested wraps for this? What "wrap of choice" options are available, and what are some of the pro's and con's of the various options?

3-4" elastic bandages, as you see in the video, are great.
