In this video, we'll take you step-by-step through the process of preparing and cooking a juicy rotisserie chicken and we'll also show you how to grill some mouthwatering burgers to perfection.
First, we'll start by preparing the chicken with some tasty spices to give it that extra flavor. Then we'll show you how to set up your rotisserie on your grill, and how to cook the chicken slowly and evenly to get that perfect texture and tenderness using the ceramic infrared rear burner.
Rotisserie Chicken Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 tablespoon of your favorite dry rub or seasoning blend
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
Light up the Sam’s Club Members Mark Grill and let it get hot.
Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
Rub the olive oil over the chicken or spray duck fat on it, making sure to cover it evenly.
Sprinkle the dry rub or seasoning blend over the chicken, using your hands to massage it into the skin.
Place the chicken on the rotisserie spit and secure it in place.
Put the rotisserie spit on the grill with the burners set to medium and the rear ceramic burner set to low and let it cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Once the chicken is cooked, take it off the rotisserie and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
Next, we'll switch things up and show you how to grill some delicious burgers on the side griddle. We'll cover everything from seasoning the meat to grilling it to perfection, and we'll also share some tips and tricks to help you get the perfect char and juiciness.
Brisket Burger Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef (80/20)
Salt
Pepper
4 brioche buns
Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc.)
Instructions:
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form them into tight balls.
Preheat the side griddle over medium-high heat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the surface of the griddle.
Place the balls of ground beef onto the griddle and use a spatula to press them down into thin patties.
Let the patties cook for about 2 minutes on one side, until a crust forms.
Flip the patties over and continue cooking for another 2 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Toast the brioche buns on the griddle while the burgers are cooking.
Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, followed by your desired toppings, and the top bun.
