I met a girl through a college class of mine around the same time as I discovered this song/Sam. Started slow but we’re really into each other now and I can’t get this out of my head. You might see this randomly because I told you about Sam Fender recently so hey Louise, all is on my side with you by my side :) Hello all! It’s 10/2023 and I forgot about this comment as I have notifications off but we are still together!! He is just brilliant and his voice is so beautiful. I love this song so much, especially this version. I hope I'll get the chance to see him live one day.

The song is just perfect. I love the fact it is a single and not in one of his records. A song that stands on its own.

In my opinion the best new talent since Ed Sheeran. Original songs about topics not usually touched on like suicide, loneliness, troubled upbringing, family connections the list goes on. Some of his songs have brought tears to my eyes and I’m 68. Beautiful lyrics and a really tight band, the only way is up. I’d love to see him live if I get the chance.
