Hahahahahahahha. All the kids in Cameroon knew this song in those days. And that bass line ( d d d m s d r s,) was song in all languages. In my language, we use to say "bo ne kenu kie zambiti". And "Kwa kwa Na who de for here, "

I listened to this complete album around 1985 when i was in college and today the music still sounds great as if it was released just yesterday. I remain a fan of Sam Fan Thomasv Much respect and love.

one of the greatest to ever do it! intro'd to his wonderful music by my parents in the late 80s as a kid....on the backseat of their car alongside my young sis as we traversed Kenya

Kotto Bass wasn't even a full musician by the time this song was released. Kotto Bass started working with Sam Fan when the recording studio "Makassi" was lunch. Before that Michel Alibo was the guitare bass player in most of Sam Fan songs.

No. Kotto Bass wasn't a musician yet when this piece was released. It was produced in France and the Bass guy was a French man called Michel Alibeau
