Jools worked with so many great musicians and singers, maybe he didn't think that Sam deserved so special attention. But she sang lead vocals on his solo albums, like "Singing The Blues, Dancing The Ska", there are some great songs there. But i agree with you and sometimes think the same, cause i love Sam very much :)

I was just wondering if Joe Bonamassa had written "Stop". No, he didn't, Sam did. Great song and I discovered a great singer. I realized I had seen her before, as a back up singer for Pink Floyd. I actually her live once, with Pink Floyd at Texas Stadium in the early '90s. She was just a tiny dot on a stage far, far away.

Once again - I've written this all over KZread - Sam is the best songwriter/singer/musician I have ever heard with the absolute least recognition. Seems like that is changing a bit now, though - a nice collection of videos are now available here. Go buy her music - it's all excellent.
