Definitely an underrated movie!! It was amazing!

I get chills every time I watch the cinematic, when the little girl says "if there comes a time when he and death meet, bless the next cutter that takes his seat"

I'm loving the puzzle solving of how to break it without...breaking it xD

dude, i don't know if you noticed but you have different scanner options wich you can scrollwheel to, it appears on top of your screen when you open the scanner view

Oh, the pain. Being an experienced cutter, it was painful to watch some of that. But I will not make excuses that I wasn't the same starting out. Keep at it and good cutting Cutter. word of advice. Tethers are your friends. Edit: don't be afraid to end a shift early if you need to repair your tools. you can always go back to the ship afterward. Second advice. don't bother going back to the same ship if you cannot get out more than you rent and debt interest

The easiest way to get the reactor out after you depressurize is to cut the floor out of the reactor room and just tether the reactor straight down into the green zone.

ah yes I turned down the volume of your voice and then the opening cinematic rolls in and it's quiet af even when i turned it back up, perfect mastering right here, I love watching games where I can't hear things.

there are some connectors on rear of ship that hold thuster on and reactor in. cut them and remove both.

I bought this yesterday as well and the first 3 hours play went so fast. You sometimes can also find O2 bottles, health packs and thruster fuel in the ships as well mounted on the walls. The aluminium panels on the inside are held in there by small structural elements. Is easier using the point laser to remove. I haven't noticed if there is a penalty for staying out until the end of the contract.

You also can find repair kits on the equipment mounts. I also found out that if you cut them from one corner to another both halves come off, because they go into the furnace and the walls they're mounted on go into the processor

2 episodes in about 3 hours! Wow!

nice video, but you might have missed something. Each ship has a total price on it, like the first one you did had about 3.5 million credits in it. You only got about 1.3 million out of it, minus about 800k because of those 2 attempts. You can in fact get about 1.3 million credits in one try if you start immediately and stop talking, or just talk while doing stuff.

Little hint on Depressurizing: The Cockpit has it's own pressure control, separate from the main hold. Depressurizing the cockpit does not depressurize the rest of the ship. Perhaps there is a separate Pressure control panel you can use to depressurize the main cabin?

You have a point, if you are paying those exorbitant rental fees, you shouldn't also have to pay for equipment repair

The count down timer and perpetual debt turn this game into a chore ... The puzzles and attention to detail are gr8 but it feels like a small part of what should have been a much bigger game. Hopefully the Dev's expand on it.

Theres an open mode where you can play the carear with no Oxygen drain. It lets me just cut and vibe to the music 😎

One thing I dislike in games is timers, much more timers like 15 minutes or less, kinda wished it wasnt so limited via time for the game.

Is this gonna be a series?

This game looks awesome but i hate having time limits, whats the point in the amazing back ground to look at it if you're scrambling to get stuff done

That's definitely an option, if you'd prefer to salvage the ship using a dust pan afterward! But keep in mind that scrap is worth about $0.25 per kilogram, whereas intact panels and smeltable structural elements that have NOT been blown up can be worth 10-20 dollars per kilogram or more!

So shouldn’t you try to do all the work on the interior of the ship before you depressurize it that way you aren’t wasting your oxygen? It seems like that would be more efficient.

Life Debt? Is that what they're calling student loans now days?

The 1 billion you owe is the cost to get you into space. It's basic you pay everything capitalism eventually and at a very quick rate you would earn more than enough money to pay off that debt. If it was me I'd take 15 minutes a day of work earning about $1m per day but you have to pay off 2 billion (I assume the trip back will set me back the same amount) that's 2,000 days that's 5.5 years of working before you start earning $1m a day and you can retire in 10 years as a billionaire. I mean I don't know if 1 space dollar has the purchasing value of $1 present day money but $2B will get you to space and back so it's got to be a pretty good amount of money and therefore it's not as bad a deal as you might think unless you want to stop at any point which you cannot.

wait .. one time i wrote graffiti on the Mars founder colonist statue, does that count on my criminal record?

Same, I hate the whole time thing, now, I'm FINE with timers. I can be fine with them...make it slow 30 minutes...or you know...an hour or more? That's fine... or an option to turn it off. Welp, you know what WILL fix it if dev's don't? Trainers, hacks, modders, etc lol.

@@Laughing_Dragon there's the Freeplay mode where you don't have to worry about anything. No fuel, O2, tethers, and tools don't break. Career is the story mode, with more story to come soon

@@Laughing_Dragon I've salvaged an entire ship in 15 minutes. Cut every cut point, tear the ship apart, hull into the processor, goodies into the Barge, inner shell in the Furnace. 15 tethers in 15 minutes
