es obligatorio pisar la tabla de batrida para que el salto se considere valido ? me indican que no es necesario pisar la tabla de batida, se puede saltar an tes de la tabla de batida pero se mide la distancia de caida desde la linea de abtida hasta la huella mas sercana.

В чем прикол хуйни? Ну прыгнет она с дома на дом,ноги-то только коснуться другой крыши,а вся масса тела будет над обрывом,лететь и пердеть им до асфальта! Другое дело,они бы сгрупировывались и приземлялись в стойке сидя,да хоть стоя,главное равновесие.Вот тогда и можно считать длину прыжка.а так выигрывает получается та,у которой ножки от ушей!

by "she nailed that jump" you meant to say that "she faulted herself onto a stretcher on that jump", right? i hope they know not to allow you to coach youth track. like they allow you to help with the pylons and getting the equipment out and opening the gates for everyone at 5am on a sunday but i really hope you're not allowed to give anyone any sort of tactical advice or direction
