@FiveByFive I agree that "the its only a game, bro" argument doesn't really fly here, since like you said it's hundreds of hours of practice to get at that level, there's money involved, some of this guys do it for a Living, ect. What I'm getting at is that they are pros, upset doesn't begin to cover what they feel. But at the same time, if you are a pro you should be able to act professionally. I get it, a lot of work went into this moment, you came up short, it sucks; but throwing a tantrum ain't gonna make things better. I love how Zack loves to taunt at people all the time but when he gets bodied for doing so or even worse, gets taunted after getting bodied, he shows how much of a snowflake bitch he is. Lmao

Hell yea, hey I'm pretty sure ANYONE reacts that way after losing a very close match, I know I have because it's either a very satisfying win or a heartbreaking loss, but I'm always quick to congratulate my opponent for the good match as K9 did here. The other ones with players raging, not shaking hands, shattering controllers and hitting walls on the other hand are completely childish and pathetic.

That was probably the most salty clip in this whole vid. He kept getting nailed by Falco's side B rather than shielding resulting in a B-air kill

I'm proud of K9. He's mentally improved so much, especially compared to how he used to be.

Have none of these players heard of the saying "It ain't over 'till it's over?" Seriously, throwing the *whole match* just because you lost *one* stock is just ridiculous and stupid. There is always that small possibility of a comeback, and you've gotta cling onto that like hell or you won't stand a chance. Patience and self-control is what sets real pros from children. Having anger issues can constantly have the person make hasty and bad decisions. Whether it be throwing the match, or screwing with his focus mid-match.

I understand what you are saying and I agree, but a lot of players spend a lot of time in tournaments and spending that much time in the game can get to you, maybe you are not having a good day and need time to reflect, playing so much IS mentally tiring, so there is some reasoning behind it.

@@RickATC No, I was not having a bad day. But looking back on it, I can see that what my comment is easier said than done. Spending hours and hours training only for it to be in vain is just the worst feeling. I may have been a little overboard with my comment. However, for players who have been in the field for years, I stand by my point. They need to learn that the match isn't over until the announcer shouts "GAME!"

Also, as I said I agree with you when you say that people need to learn how to control their emotions, but I was just giving some points as to why these people may feel how they feel.

@@naru2k4 to add on to what that guy said, it's also not just the single stock at face value. It's also everything that led up to that final moment of frustration, for example I'm the type of person that still takes it serious even if im at 200% and 2 stocks down hoping to get some good edgeguards. But theres a ness player I know locally and I dont play him at all, I could play adapt and beat him but honestly it's so annoying that I wouldn't even feel satisfied if I won, so why go through the headache.

Dan Le umm you do realize that captain Zack didn’t want ally to progress in tounarments he used his matchmaking though blackmailing ally to force ally to lose matches and not progress as far because for him in his own words “I don’t believe ally deserves to be placing well” so no he was mad because he probably thought ally would give him the win but didn’t
