Ingredients: 1 tin condensed milk 120g unsalted butter 250g light brown sugar 270g white chocolate ¼tsp salt (+ extra for sprinkling) 1) Line an 8x8" baking tin with baking paper. 2) Add the condensed milk, butter and sugar to a saucepan on a low heat and stir until melted. 3) Turn up the heat to medium/high and keep stirring until it bubbles and thickens. 4) Turn off the heat and stir in the white chocolate and salt until combined, and the mix is thick and creamy. 5) Pour the mix into your baking tin and smooth it out. 6) Sprinkle some salt on top. 7) Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum. 8) Enjoy!

Ugh. I tried to make this and it did not work out. I know there are different size tins of condensed milk. Some are 10 and some are 14. I believe I used the 10 one. So that was the wrong one.. lol

Much better without salt. Why to ruin with salt??!

Cos you're adding the salt seperately. With salted butter it comes out too salty. You can't really control the salt ration with salted butter cos it's already incorporated into the butter.... But it ain't a train wreck if you use it, just be cautious with the amount of salt you add
