You probably won't read this, but you're giving me hope. My wife, who I love and adore, is terminal, and I struggle underneath it all with considering and contemplating a future. I never talk to her about it because it's a tough one to raise. She feels guilt. She's a selfless warrior. Just just don't know where I'm going. I discovered your vids about a week ago and have been binging. This feels right to me to take off for awhile and do my thing travelling Australia with our dog later .... after.. I've seen your personal struggles and get why you're there. Thank you for hope.

Wishing your wife luck with her journey...and your journey. I just broke up with my fiance and I'm running away for awhile. Hitting the road, from California, to wherever the wind takes me. Your comment got my attention. All will be ok and I hope you are able to talk about everything with your wife...no second chances. We all have a journey, seems God wants us all to experience the good, the bad, and the ugly. My wife died a year and a half ago, still working through it, just remember life does not have to be what everyone else says it should be. Enjoy the time now, once their gone, they're gone.

Despite what you have been through with Miles I am glad you never gave up on him. He is getting better and better behaved every video. Sometimes the most troubled dog just needs to be shown love and attention.

I live in northern Arizona, remember the climate hot/cold here in the southwest is all about the elevation. Flagstaff at 7,000 feet cool, Phoenix at 1,000 feet hot. So if you're to hot or cold go up or down. I'm at 4400 feet in AZ so more moderate temps. Great video, Loved the lighting, Utah is so Beautiful...

My father in law used to run car washes... They recirculate that water - I wouldn't want to shower in that!! 😳

Those Salt Flats looked fun to drive on. I lived in my Toyota Sequoia but recently purchased a truck camper.....seeing this makes me want to go back to the SUV!

Arches...one of my favorite parks. My son and I hiked to delicate arch summer of 2018. Wonderful memories. Can't wait to get back.

Ya know what I love? And endless stream of humans positively commenting on a simple yet rarely done aspect of life. Retrospect ( or reflection). Honesty. Time with self. And that last ones a doozy. Sometimes all you have is the mirror to say good morning. That is when your glass is half full. I did all 48 on my M/C, an invaluable experience. I played harmonica for food. Having your kids with you is curative, good job.

I never got to check out the Salt Flats but in 1975 I swam in the Great Salt Lake. You had to walk out probably a half mile from shore before it was over your head. You didn't need to swim to say afloat, if you sat like you were in a chair, and just paddled a little to maintain your balance, you would float with the water level about the middle of your chest. It really burned when you got it in your eyes. When you get out there are water tanks set up along the shore to take a shower to rinse the salt off.
