It's now time to replace my beloved Genesis running shoes and it's about time I ventured into the world of running poles. Much needed given the big adventures coming up such as running the route of the UTMB, Lakeland 100 and Tor des Geants (Tor330)

How do you find the width in the S/lab? I tryd the normal genesis and felt them a bit narrow.

Yeah I heard they were a bit narrower. I've got fairly wide feet and the S-lab fit well although I'd certainly not say they were roomy!
