@@CornishChrisTheFish yeah it was a shame. Looked like the other Ayrshire rivers had a bit of lift but not the Stinchar. Nevertheless it was a lovely evening and nice to meet Colin. Absolutely that would be awesome. It would be lovely to meet you and Theo too 🎣🤝

Suggest that you watch the Scottish Outdoor life latest video as he is fishing the Tay and giving some very good advice how to fly fish it, also how to fish the spinner on it. P.S. he catches fish on a regular basis.

I find these videos relaxing Have you considered having a go on the test Avon or itchen for a chalk stream salmon test is a bit like sight fishing the Avon more like Scottish fishing

Actually I used to be member of the Cotswolds Angling Association when i lived near Oxford so fished alot of the chalk streams including the Test a few times. I have a few videos from the Test on my channel. Not really in that area as much anymore 😕 glad you enjoy my videos. Many thanks Chris
Does anyone catch fish in rivers anymore, No fish in Irish rivers worth talking about, only people with nets catch fish.
