We all know that whoever is on top of the game, there are people who try to bring that successful person down. Some of the haters tried their best to spread unnecessary negativity on social media (with no proof what so ever about the black buck case) by writing crap about him but they forgot that there's a life beyond social media and majority of the Indians don't even have access to internet. support for salman? wasnt he convicted for shooting down a schedule 1 protected animal? to put into perspective, the tiger is a schedule 1 animal, he went to shoot the animal just for pleasure, not in defence, nothing. and so should we #support salman at all? the case was dragged hy his lawyers for twenty years. in the hit and run case, the driver after many years suddenly appeared to take the blame, he has been paid well for that, the cop that testified agianst salman, read up about him and how he died. sad.

10:33 - No... I support Indian judiciary rather than a convicted criminal whose been fooling around the system since 1998. Salman fans argue that why is he convicted after 20 years...well I have a simple question.... who was fooling around and manipulating the judiciary loopholes since 1998? People argue about the good deeds he did...well so did Pablo Escobar for many people... If it was a regular guy, fans would have applauded the judiciary.... since it's a celebrity...everyone is crying for his support.... Aren't the fans ashamed of this shameless hypocrisy? Most of the Bollywood stars arrived at his home to grant support... These same celebrities are members of PETA and advocate animal conservation rights whole time. And as far as the celebration of thousands of fans outside his home is concerned...well it just shows exactly what's wrong with our nation.

@Abhishek : I'm sure court has heard both the parties well. Court has no reason to be biased. It has convicted him based on the artifacts provided. As far as the celeb part is concerned, it actually doesn't matter whether he's celeb or not. Bottom-line is whether a person is rich or not. The rich can practically get away with anything in this country. Punishment is for common man.

Hi Tejen... Point isn't whether he is salman, hrithik, Kohli or Amitab Bacchan. There are 2 major issues over here 1.) A reel life celebrity is more important for people rather than the law and order, that very law and order which protects the nation and maintains its integrity. Rather than accepting the court's verdict people are blatantly questioning the judiciary itself. Whatever you hear is an opinion, not a fact. Whatever you tend to see, is a perspective not the fact. Public have both, opinions and perspective but there needs to be a separate unbiased body to make decisions. This is the precise reason why Judiciary exists. Court has heard both the parties and based on the evidence provided, has found him guilty. He's been convicted for 5 years of jail. And now he's using his money to get access to legal loopholes of judiciary. 2.) The second concern is, law and order is equal for everyone...but it's execution isn't. The poor and middle class don't have those resources to hire skilled legal team and professional PR team. The rich can manage to either get acquitted or a bail or stretch the case for multiple decades. Rather than pondering about these serious flaws, the fans and TRP hungry media is busy celebrating a convict.

@Abhishek : The gravity of Lalu and Sanjay Dutt's crime was of different magnitude. In case of Lalu, clear evidence were found of the big fat scam and hence he got convicted. In case of Sanjay dutt, his crime was at whole different level. He was holding illegal weapons of underworld mafia and was well aware of the biggest terror attack on Indian soil. Anyways, he did not spend his entire five-year term in jail. Thanks to paroles, he left his prison cell several times in between, to spend time with his family instead. Reasons varied from his back ache to his daughter’s nose surgery. He walked free after being given a remission of 60 days for good conduct and having earned 156 leave while in jail. Both were deducted from his jail term. As far as Lalu is concerned... I presume you are Indian.... Our politicians get what sort of VIP treatment in jail, I need not explain you... :) Conviction depends upon what evidences are gathered and presented in the court. Judiciary is unbiased and has to decide solely upon those artifacts. Hats off to Mumbai police for their heroic effort in making a strong case against Dutt. Rich people have served prison but that doesn't negate the fact that the rich has way more upper hand than common man. Recently, one of the biggest scam of India (2G)... well the major convicts walked out free.
