I think it's because they already knew of her work. Seems like most other owners don't know or haven't heard of her. It's pretty much a masterpiece when she sits down to eat.

You know it's refreshing hearing someone be so supportive if how much she can eat. Instead of " omg you couldn't possibly eat all that" the chef said "I'll make more next time"

If you're in America, our Salisbury steaks have nothing on their hamburger, and are quite different when processed (like most things are here). For one, theirs looks like ground meat in delicious sauce, but the Salisbury steaks in the U.S. look like fried cardboard -- typically with processed potatoes and the blandest gravy possible -- and I doubt our stomachs are convinced it's food, either. 😂😅😂

just watching her eat so much is so therapeutic and calming
