Moroccans have a deep-rooted commitment to the preservation of the Quran, which makes it one of the best places to memorize and study it. Just by virtue of living there, your attachment to the Book will increase. One of the most unique aspects of Morocco is that a juz from the Quran (i.e. 1/30th ) is read in each mosque every day - half after Fajr and half after Maghrib. They do this congregationally in a magical rhythm which is a treat for the ears and the hearts - a precious skill to learn in itself.

Amazing fact Subahanallah💖: once Hazrat Aisha(RA) arrived a little late to see the Holy Prophet ﷺ . The Holy Prophet ﷺ asked her why she was late, and she replied, “A qari was reciting the Holy Quran in the most beautiful manner. I began listening to his recitation of the Quran, and thus got late.” The Holy Prophetﷺ put on his cloak and went outside and saw that it was Hazrat Salim(RA) who had been reciting the Holy Quran. Upon seeing this, the Prophet ﷺ proclaimed, “I thank God Almighty, Who has granted my people such a beautiful qari as yourself.” Guess what? His name is also Salim..!

@@thinkgood7412 I couldn't find the reference. I remembered this hadith because in previous Jummah Khutba Imam said about this hadith. And it's not a doubtable. Because in Sahih Muslim Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said there are 4 person in my ummah that you should take knowledge of the Quran from. One of them was Salih mawla Abi Hudhaifa (RA)

Whoever has a passion for reading the Qur'an their recitation is ultimately beautiful

Be humble sister, i am moroccan and there are a lot of people in Morocco who got a beautiful voice, but there are also in Egypt, Somalia,Jordan, Palestine etc. The one who i heard who had for me the greatest voice was AbdulBasit AbdulSamad and he wasn’t moroccan

@@THappy313 طبعا أخي أو أختي أهل ليبيا أهل القرآن ما شاء الله، الفرق فقط يكون في العدد والنسبة، إذا اعتبرنا العدد فقط فعدد حفاظ القرآن في المغرب هم الأكثر عددا من ليبيا، ولكن إذا اعتبرنا النسبة، فنسبة حفاظ القرآن بالمقارنة مع عدد السكان في ليبيا هي نسبة أكبر من نسبة أهل المغرب بالمقارنة مع عدد السكان، هذا هو فقط الفرق، وفي كل الأحوال أنا شخصيا أفتخر بأهل المغرب كوني مغربية وأحفظ أبنائي القرآن والحمد لله وأفتخر بأهل ليبيا المعروفين بحفظ القرآن عند أكثر سكانها وأفتخر بكل البلدان المسلمة وبإخواني المسلمين المتشبثين بدينهم وبقيمهم أيا كانت جنسيتهم...بارك الله فيك.
