When talking of salary are they mean Gloss salary or net salary

Tell the employer to pay you as they pay new workers Or rather get to know from other employees what they're paid

Hi Jaqwuin, You need to know the market rate, in your job market, only then you can be able to negotiate accordingly without undercutting yourself or going overboard and yes you should have a range in mind.

This is really insightful, thank you for sharing. I just had a zoom interview yesterday and I was asked the same thing. But despite trying to avoid giving a number, the employer couldn't take for an answer 🙆🏽‍♂️ What's your advice on the same?
