mere pass 1 year experience hh design 3d modeling solidworks m. toh kya m sheet metal or automation wali company ya mold wali company main as a fresher or as a experience person count hounga...

Companies have common grievance that students after gaining 1 year of experience switch their job....i dont understand why they dont pay the person higher salary to retain him if other company is offering him better CTC...

Please do atleast B. TECH For design engineering job in Good companies because for designers big companies do not consider ITI/ diploma holders, they want B. tech and prefer Mtech for these jobs

Dear company owner specially in faridabad you should be shamed that you want a CAD Designer in 12 thousands for 10 hours duty. Increase the salary in metro city.
