Joined back in Nov 2019 in ABC company with 3.8LPA after 1year of Probation period got default promotion, after 1 year got again promoted because of my rating with 6.69LPA, now switched to company XYZ with 10.75LPA, currently having 2years 4 months and 17days of experience. Depends on which vertical you are, and switching companies is a must if you want to grow financially.

I joined a MNC with 2.4 LPA after 2.2 years I resigned from my company and then cleared interviews of TCS, Wipro,Cognizant, capegemini but the salary wasn't as per my expectation so I joined a product based MNC with 13 LPA fixed and 65 variable so I guess it all depends on the negotiation part I cleared interviews after interviews to get to the mark of salary I currently have I still get offers from companies that is even higher than my current but I don't choose them as I think I m moving too high from my band for a 2.2 years experience guy(and the best part I m not even from CS branch I m from mechanical)

I have a question are running through the salary or your career, what make sence changing your company for every 2 years in your initial career. What about experience in your domain? You will get good ctc but your profile will not have good reputation for long term, think before you fall for ctc. This question is meant for Freshers and below 3 experience.
