There they go again, throwing poor Portia around again like a rag doll...😂. She is so lucky to be able to get so high in the air. Choi and Jae-beom were tossing her, Coach Noh was catching her and taking the brunt of the falls today, and my favorite guy Woo-joo was spotting her aerial arch while she sailed through the air. This was hilarious and fun today. Thanks team. Laughing all the way to work today. love these guys and their tricks, but I swear, they need to get better at spotting or someone is going to get really hurt. I was going a lift with my group in Acro and they dropped me on my neck. it could've been so much worse. none of them caught me and there were three spotters. I wasn't dropped after that lol. I feel like I on't ever see her not touch the ground at least a couple times during these tricks. I'm just scared for her safety. lots of love❤️❤️❤️❤️
