It is. Books are everywhere. Degrees are not free. Plus there is no free lunch. When you pay for a course, you make it a point to attend.
Khan academy saved my grades in secondary school. Sal and his iconic voice changed the game for me and so many others
Salman is really a great person. Respect him a lot. :)
Guys can we vote for a NOBLE PRIZE please? He deserve more than this. Just imagine how many students are improving their grades with out even paying. We need more people like him. So let's vote for NOBLE PRIZE!
This guy doesn’t get the props he deserves😭😭 You deserve to be amongst the great!
I guess there will be a very few selfless people like him in the entire planet... If I have any kind of doubts in math, it's his channel that I rely on for clarification. Hats off for his contribution!!!
I love this guy, great man , hero of the century

One of the best learning app that I have experienced. Everyone including teachers, students, kids, and people in every profession should learn from the app.
Sal, you are a real life super hero! thank you for all the instruction and inspiration.
Great guy. We all wished we could talk to him in person one day somewhere in our hearts.
you would think that interviewers would be aware that the worst interviewers are those that cannot stop interrupting the guest

He just was just adding his opinion or comment on why he thought Khan probably went the non profit route. It was more about contributing to the conversation and discussion than wanting to purposely interrupt him.
HE IS COOL....HUGE FAN AND RESPECT FOR THIS GUY.

Without jokes this man is the most influencial and altruistic person I've ever seen in my life. The planet must remember him!
Sal Khan is my hero. If one day I manage to become educated enough and proficient enough to teach, I would like to do what Sal is doing. Help to elevate people for free. Without Sal I would not be going to university right now. I would have stuck with a passable school education and no hopes or dreams to attain any higher because it would take too much time and money off my hands. Khan Academy is a Godsend and I can't thank him enough for what he's doing.
Huge Fan!
No words for this organisation...
Kudos to your generous service salman sir ❤️❤️
He should get the best citizen award
If i ever become a rich person in future then i will surely donate some millions in his foundation. He is doing a fantastic job. Making education accessible to all. This will help eradicate inequality between the classes in the society. Traditionally the elite class kids used to get quality education because that was very expensive and require logistics that the bottom class couldn’t afford.
For reference, hedge fund analysts in the us typically make 200-500k USd a year

The Foundation series -a science fiction book series written by American author Isaac Asimov. The premise of the stories is that, in the waning days of a future Galactic Empire, the mathematician Hari Seldon spends his life developing a theory of psychohistory,by which he can predict the future of large populations. Seldon foresees the imminent fall of the Empire, which encompasses the entire Milky Way, and a dark age lasting 30,000 years before a second empire arises.Although the inertia of the Empire's fall is too great to stop, Seldon devises a plan by which "the onrushing mass of events must be deflected just a little" to eventually limit this interregnum to just one thousand years.

why don't they just shut up and let him talk ??
I'm wondering. How does he make money if it's non-profit?

@@DanzEnglish non profit doesn't mean they don't make any money, they just don't keep any with themselves for profit and utilise it with the cost of running the organization. You'll see in cases people work in non profits and still get paid a salary.
