Little SelfReset Recipe :)
When you are down you can self motivate yourself easily. All you have to do is just sit on comfortable chair or bed or lie down and be quiet. Close your eyes and focus on darkness. Just think of that black view and try to not think your worries and anxieties. Ofcourse you will think them while trying to get them away but I mean try to embrace them and try to stay just that moment. Breathe in 4 seconds and hold it for 4 seconds. Breathe out in 4 seconds and wait to breathe in again for 4 seconds. Repeat it about 5 minutes. And reset yourself. (You can hold and release your breath 5 or 6 seconds too If you can. But don't force yourself ) I hope It works for you ♡
