CG Inagaki and the Consulate’s Culture Crew took part in the Sakura-Con opening ceremony.
CG Inagaki brought along Habatan, Hyogo prefecture’s mascot, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the sister state relationship between Hyogo and Washington State.
