La culasse (avec trois tenons en tête) s’actionne après une rotation limitée à 60°. La tête de culasse en cuvette recèle la griffe extracteur qui saisit les culots des douilles au moment du verrouillage (lequel s’effectue dans le boîtier). L’éjection des douilles se produit en butée arrière (sur un ergot central fixé dans le boîtier). Cette solution (très rustique !) présente le grand avantage de diminuer les risques de grippage du mécanisme. Le canon est complètement flottant. La sécurité est exemplaire (grâce à un système de blocage du percuteur).
