Thanks for the comment! To clarify, I wasn't saying Tatsumaki is definitively stronger than Garou or God. Here's what I meant: What I meant to convey is that currently, Tatsumaki and Saitama are considered the strongest characters. Garou's abilities are limited by his inability to fly, giving Tatsumaki an advantage in combat unless he becomes Cosmic Garou. As for Blast and God, their powers remain mysterious to me based on the manga's progression up to my last reading. If there have been new chapters released since then, I might not be aware of any updates. I hope this clears things up
