Same thing happens with the tank in saints row 3, Hydraulics are available but you cant get it out of the garage, it gets stuck in the ground

wait guys I figured it out go to the car you want then press A dont press retrieve car press B then it will say exit car garage? say yes and there you go to the people who didn't know and no it's not patched!!!
