L isn't on him. 1. If he catches that, it's a 50-50 game. 2. It's a 4 quarters game. 3. It's a team game. There's offense and there's defense, it's not your fault you are 7 points down and it comes down to one catch.

Damn I'm a Giants fan and I felt that. Cheer up Sport get em next time!
Oof. Love that he showed that he was upset and not trying to act like "aw schucks" about it. Also the last play definitely was not DPI. That was clean, normal contact. Defenders need to be able to actually defend. WR didn't fight hard enough to get to the inside, and if the ball was supposed to be on the outside, then that's a bad throw. Either way, not the defender's problem.
@dafeekielelliott2442
7 ай бұрын
To be fair it was very close to DPI, the ball was in the air and the DB got his hands on the receiver and seemed to push him off his route. However, I think it was not called because the receiver got his hands on the DB not long after as well, if not for that it would have probably been called. Defenders need to be able to defend, but contact while the ball is in the air is not normal defense.

the boy ain't no drew brees that's for sure.
At least They’re not the First Team to have a disappointing loss this season
Where are ur posts today
If Foster catches that pass, the Saints would have easily made a 2pt conversion with Taysom Hill. He was unstoppable tonight.
This will be known as that one game where Alvin got me 29 points in fantasy with no touchdowns

He’s not good. Without those dump passes, he’d get single digits most games

Stop. The O-line was putrid. Kamara is still elite in rushing and receiving @@Dontatmebr0

I didn't know that Kadarius Toney played for the Saints. Nice dropped pass.
The receiver chocked on third down. Carr choked on 4th.

Before anyone shits on Mereau because you're feeling bad about the L, imagine how HE'S feeling about it. Shit like that sucks when it happens and I hope it doesn't shatter Mereau's confidence moving forward

He should feel bad. He didn't do his job and it cost his team.
I picked him up for fantasy and bro was having an ok game and that TD wouldve been the cherry on top, damn 😢
Just another game as a saints fan. I know they have done some bad things but I have been in hell for over a decade with this team.
Poor guy
