I'm coming from HALIDONMUSIC channel....thank you, I've listened +20 times only today. Such a beautiful music and well played by both of you. This play touched me, I actually can imagine a beautiful sunny Saturday in a park, I imagine trees and a small pond in the middle. I can imagine birds singing, children running around laughing and playing together. The funny thing is that the Swan as the title suggests, is very secondary, like its not even there...This piece could be longer too! Well, at 2:00 mark that beautiful day in the park is almost over, it is getting dark, the sky is orange but soon will be night, people are starting to go home. The day is pretty much over, and finally the Swan appears swimming around in the pond but you can only see its silhouette and finally the sun is completely gone. Thank you.

Just a lovely interpretation of this beautiful piece of music. It was as though the ‘cello was just singing in perfect harmony with the piano. Well done. I played cello in 6th grade. But I didnt get to play cello in 7th or 8th grade, so ive gone two years withought playing. I have recently joined orcastra and everyone is more advanced then me. Im in 9th grade, and my teacher are wanting me to consider private lessons but im not sure about that. So ive been taking notes, and watching vids on this, in hope I get to take home a cello and practice on it, than withought it. Your videos really help me, and it's making me worry less about how I will do in my secound year(time) in orcastra. Thank you, and stay safe!

Dear Sarah, thanks for all your great tutorials and music. I have a question: is there a trick to keep the pegs in place? The peg of the c string came undone recently during a concert which was a nightmare. So I thought, maybe if I put honey on the end of the peg, it might stick tighter :)

Thank you! Since it was recorded live, I don't. :/ The piano bled through into the cello's mic.

i really want to play the cello but i dont know if i'll be able to, cello's aren't cheap but i'll do everything to get myself a decent cello (hopefully), you inspired me to start learning it thank you for that ^_^

I certainly hope that you are able to! If you look hard enough, I'm sure you'll be able to find a good deal. It always helps to talk to local musicians. They might know someone who knows someone else who has an old cello for sale.

You should check your strings, choose ones with good quality. It happened to me when I started my lessons. I chose the Brand "Pirastro", the model "Chromcord".

I would never recommend buying online. You always want to play on the instrument first before purchasing. I believe sharmusic.com will ship an instrument to you to try.
