Saint Mary's STAR Freshman Aiden Mahaney Is BIG TIME | 21/25 Double Figure Scoring Games

Спорт

Mahaney leads the Gaels at 15.0 points per game this season. He has scored in double figures in all but four games. He has eclipsed 20 points six times, including dropping 25 in his debut against Oral Roberts.
At 10-0 in the WCC, Saint Mary’s has now opened up a two-game lead over Gonzaga. The Gaels are eyeing their first outright regular season title since 2012.
This game was the 10th time in the series the two programs met while both being ranked. The Gaels picked up their second win in these games.

A true point guard, he takes what the defense gives him . He’ll be underrated for a bit in the league cause he’s white and it’s about politics. When he gets his fair chance he’ll be factor to a championship run if he’s drafted to a decent organization. His reads are impeccable nothing seems forced and he plays his pace; in comparison to luka everyone would claim he was slow but he had his own pace and look how it turned out. This guy will be fan favorite hopefully my lakers draft when the time comes.

Meh... While i do agree most nights he isn't gonna be tested playing in the wcc he still does get to play Gonzaga twice a year which is a good test seeing as they pretty much always have good athletes and at least one or 2 NBA guys on their roster and it will be good exposure as well cause those games are almost always marquee matchups their is also the tourney which his squad should make this year another chance to show out against elite comp and have some eyes on him again not completely dismissing what your saying because going against big time d 1 level athletes and comp would definitely help his game but we have to keep in mind a lot of the politics and stuff that goes on at the bigger schools he may vome into a new bigger program and ball out in pre season but the 5 star who he was outplaying is still gonna get more burn cause he was a 5 star and anyway guys like Damian Lillard, cj McCollum, and even ja Morant have shown you don't need to go play at a big school in order to get yourself ready for the NBA
