I have both the toy in a nude/ beige shade ( gold sand with silver hardware) and black with silver hardware. I have worn both to death for the last 2 years and no noticeable wear. The nude one wins hands down for me. I got a good quality short chain strap with leather shoulder piece (for my black one) to dress it up as a shoulder bag for night time. Chains come in crossbody length too. Would have got one for my beige too had the company I used had a good color match for it. Regarding the small. I own that bag too in pink with silver 😂 but due to the size I rarely reach for it. Toy is perfect size I’d keep the beige as it makes your heart sing 💕 spray it, I spray mine every few months with carbon pro and only have the tiniest dot/ speck of color transfer on the back but I suspect if I didn’t spray it it would be prone to color transfer

Anna this is the most helpful comment ever - thank you! As I say, I love and wear my pieces to death so it’s super important for me that the colour isn’t gonna stain and I’m gonna get wear out of it. Where did you get this dress? I love it!!!

I own the beige one and I really like it, I have also purchased different straps to use with it. I have an antique gold chain strap and a smaller pearl top handle style strap for when I want to dress it up a bit and both look really good with it. Also in case you didn't know if you look and the way the stitching is on the quilting they come to a "Y" shape as in YSL. I love the bag and hope you do as well! xx

@@reonje1 I live in Canada so the links may not work but I have the Coach dinky chain strap in gold (you should be able to find it by googling) and a pearl strap that I ordered from Amazon.

Got mine in taupe for xmas. Dark beige was a bit light for me. You can wear the small loulou cross body. Its how i wear it mostly😄

I think you might be getting confused with the beige abs taupe. I’ve seen them IRL and the taupe is closer to pink
