More safer in Fredericton, but less jobs. Moncton is probably your best bet. Even better would be another province for jobs and advancing a career.

@@omolaraadebowale1764 I like the cinematic fog it has for about 70 days of the year and its geological features. I like how many folk in Saint John are resilient in NB and abroad. I also like one of its most predominate characteristics, which is denial. No lack of locals will deny till they are blue in the face about the problems of their city and the suffering it causes them; it used to annoy me, but now I find it endearing; and can understand why poets and comedians have told stories about this denial. I must confess though that the sycophancy and servility has always been too prominent for my liking; comes with being the heart of the Irving Empire; some bask under it while others loath it.

@@rps1689 Its seen better days but its still a nice city, millions of people would kill to live in a place with freedoms and a democracy, so Saint John is a luxury to some. Beautiful uptown area too. Economically it was a powerhouse but after the 2000's downturn Saint John seems to be growing and sparking new developments. Would love to see it become an innovation hub. Its not perfect but I'm proud that I was born there. Feels more cool to tell someone you're from New Brunswick which they may have heard of instead of the very common "I'm from Toronto/Ontario" many Canadians would say.
