has to be the BEST attack in the entire series... with maybe Death Scream right behind it, the animation and the idea with them throwing saturn globes is just OMG sooooo good... and the initial P O W sound is SOOOO spot-on!!!!

AND one of the most powerful. one of the few non-Sailor Moon attacks that could be used as a finisher. (the only other one was one of Jupiter's)

Ughhhh Megumi Ogata's voice as Uranus/Haruka is life. Had a crush on Haruka since laying my eyes on her as a ten year old in 1999. 😭😍

The sound affects on this is so good

You can hear that the “WORLD SHAKING” becomes faster overtime and also lower in pitch and slightly more aggressive

I love it when the energy streaks come together in her hand! Sooo cool how they animated this. 0:25 is my favorite variation of this - paired with that background music, its such an emotional and powerful moment.

Yes!!! It’s my favorite one. All the violins they use for Neptune and Saturn are to die for

World Shaking - Earthquake. Deep Submerge - Tsunami. This is my favourite attack of any Sailor Senshi (except Rainbow Moon Heartache). It first shows how Haruka grasps that spark of golden energy which is capable of shaking the earth, then as the Uranus in her hand glows and amplifies, she tosses it on to the ground, causing earthquake like blasts.

I can feel the impact of her attack just from how it hits and rips through the ground. Especially when its done with Deep Submerge . Its total annihilation when World Shaking, Deep Submerge and Death Scream are all done at once. Theres no surviving all 3 of their attack at the same time. And poor Sailor Starlights....when I saw sailor Neptune and Uranus do their iconic duo attack at them when they went to protect Sailor moon and chibi chibi moon i just knew this....bodies will be hitting the floor.

My biggest gripe with seeing the Stars versions of the outers’ attacks is wondering why Toei couldn’t bother doing the same kind of touching up for their transformations, maybe even giving Saturn one as well.

Or just you know, giving them more screen time? The Outers only show up in 6 canonical episodes (2 filler, though one of those is Pluto only). Granted, that just means the Outers showing so rarely makes it more meaningful, but damn.... Outers get no love. Uranus is the best. No contest.

Didagg lmao i had this one dream where uranus just threw a world shaking at sailor moon and neptune just stood there. then i was in my house with my parents and there were some fat red ants feasting on the wood floor by the sliding door and apparently there was lava in some of the holes. my mom said that spider mode was turning on in 30 seconds so i rushed to the kitchen to get a paper towel and i wet it and apparently that all took 24 seconds although it had felt like 5 in the dream so then my mom was all like “spider mode in 6 5 4 3 2 1” and i somehow couldnt put a wet paper towel onto a hole filled with lava within 6 seconds so that was fun. then in the dream i told my dad i'd quit minecraft because of this (lol what) so then the dream ended i had another dream where i was in this empty white room with a tree in it and, with some other people, i just kept going to tables that were made out of paper and biting various pieces of meat from different plates on different tables. then, suddenly, 2 people would be at a table, one on each side, and everyone got this cardboard thing to hide their tests that we just got. so we would do the tests, but the boy sitting across from me had a computer instead of a cardboard piece of crap (from what i can remember) and kept staring at my test, which, the cardboard didn't fully hide for some reason and i had to tell him “stop looking hsbshsbsy” and some crap. this was some amount of time i cant remember after i became veggie and then i think last night i had a dream where, i was eating the dumplings that my grandma makes and they have meat in them. so i was just there eating so many of them and i was like oh no whywhwhwywhwhwyhwywhwh and then in some part of it i was at my house by the snack cabinet and i was just chewing some beef jerky like ehehdygsugsbugdbhdbuhdbhdbhd$$##. why am i having so many dreams about meat when i dont eat it? why did i think of the shitennou when i woke up from that one? i have no idea, fun

the whole sequence from 1:59-2:15 is my current ringtone, it took me a long time to get it recorded, cut, and applied but i’m so happy with it because it sounds so cool 🥹

This attack and Venus Love-Me Chain are my favorites in the series

I wish Viz would let the actresses say the lines every time, then there would be variation videos instead of comparison videos.

You missed out the versions from the Nehelenia arc of Stars (the first six episodes). It's always interesting to compare them one after another and see how the seiyuu's voice acting has changed over the episodes. Listening to this, I think Ogata finalised it on the seventh take?

The recent Eternal version was a super upgrade from this! I love both versions though.

She uses only her right hand whilst her lover Neptune uses both her hands. There were scenes where the 3 outers - Uranus, Neptune and Pluto gathered and ganged up to fight their enemies but they'd make Uranus stand in the middle like she's the strongest of the three. That should've been Pluto.

They need a sailor moon tag fighting game.

Only bad thing about this: You omited the first prototype World Shaking from episodes 90 and 91, used against daimons Mikuji and Nekonero, respectively. As well, as World Shaking VS Star Serious Laser, from episode 198! Otherwise, a great video.
